Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I start shopping online? Download the My Sukiapp on your smartphone via Google Play Store for Android users or Apple Store for iOS. Then, open the app and click + to Add Suki Vendor. Key in the vendor code LPHYP to start shopping.
2. Can I shop online thru my PC? No, at the moment, you can only shop thru your smartphone’s My Suki App.
3. Can I shop for clothes in the app? No, they are currently not available for purchase via the app.
4. How long should I expect my order to be processed? Orders placed on or before 4:00PM can be picked-up or delivered on the same day.
5. Is the price in the store different form the price in the My Suki App? The price of the goods are same whether you buy in-store or thru My Suki App.
6. Why do you charge a fee for online purchase? Due to the added operational cost in acquiring the system and forming a team to handle every step of ordering from picking to packing, we have to charge a minimal Web Admin Fee and a service fee of PHP 35.00 per transaction.
7. Is there a minimum amount for online orders? Yes, total cost of purchased items must be a minimum of PHP 300.
8. Why can't I find meats and produce in the online store? Perishable goods must be handled properly. Thus, they are only available in-store.
9. Why most of the items I am looking for are not listed? Try using the Search bar to quickly search for the items. You can also browse the categories. Each category is also divided by subcategories. We have more than 8,000 items uploaded on the online store.
10. How much do you charge for delivery?

*Rate computed based on PHP50/5km base rate, with additional PHP6/km thereafter. Additional PHP10 for every box after 2 boxes. Cut-off time for North & South bound delivery is at 1:ooPM.
11. What are the payment options for delivery? COD, Credit or Debit Card,Gcash and Paymaya payments are accepted in both Pick-up or Delivery. LP Gift Certificate is also accepted.
12. What if I discovered something is missing after getting my order? Please get in touch with us immediately by calling 0917-533-4222 so we can trace the order process.
13. Can I earn Loyalty+ points with my purchase? For delivery, please type-in your LoyaltyPlus card number after your name in the Edit Profile. Note that name on loyalty card should match your account name. To know if points are credited, kindly check your receipt upon delivery. For pickup orders, you can present your LoyaltyPlus card upon payment.
14. I'm living abroad and I'd like to purchase for my family. How can I do this? You can download and shop thru My Suki app if you have an active Philippine roaming number. Delivery address and contact number of the recipient must be accurate. You can pay for the order online with your credit/debit card.
