Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I start shopping online? You will need to download the My Sukiapp on your smartphone via Google Play Store for Android users or Apple Store for iOS. Then, open the app and click + to Add Suki Vendor. Key in the vendor code LPHYP to start shopping.
2. Can I shop online thru my PC? No, at the moment, you can only shop thru your smartphone’s My Suki App.
3. Can I shop for clothes or houseware in the app? No, they are currently not available for purchase via the app.
4. How long should I expect my order to be processed? Orders placed on or before 2:00PM can be picked-up or delivered on the same day.
5. Is the price in the store different form the price in the MySuki App? The price of the goods are same whether you buy in-store or thru the MySuki App.
6. Why do you charge a fee for online purchase? Due to the added operational cost in acquiring the system and forming a team to handle every step of ordering from picking to packing, we have to charge a minimal Web Admin Fee and a service fee of PHP 35.00 per transaction.
7. Is there a minimum amount for online orders? Yes, total cost of purchased items must be a minimum of PHP 1,000.
8. Why can't I find meats and produce in the online store? Perishable goods must be handled properly. Thus, they are only available in-store.
9. Why most of the items I am looking for are not listed? Try using the Search bar to quickly search for the items. The category found on the main screen only reflects the top 1000 items frequently bought by customers. However we have a selection of more than 8,000 items uploaded on the online store.
11. What are the payment options for delivery? COD, Credit or Debit Card, or Gcash payments are accepted in both Pick-up or Delivery. However, Gift Certificates may only be accepted on pick-up orders.
12. What if I discovered something is missing after getting my orders? Please get in touch with us immediately by calling 0917-533-4222 so we can trace the order process.
13. Can I earn Loyalty+ points with my purchase? For delivery, please type-in your LoyaltyPlus card number. Note that name on card should match your account name. To know if points are credited, check your receipt upon delivery. For pickup orders, you can present your LoyaltyPlus card upon payment.
14. I'm living abroad and I'd like to purchase for my family. How can I do this? The My Suki app may be unavailable for download in some areas. You can instead purchase e-Gift Certificates for them at www.beamandgo.com/merchants/leeplazasupermarket. They can use the voucher to shop at our stores.
15. Which area is My Suki available now? Our service is currently available in Dumaguete City, Siquijor and Dipolog City only.
