1. How do I start shopping online?
Download the My Suki app on your smartphone via Google Play Store for Android users or Apple Store for iOS. Then, open the app and click + to Add Suki Vendor. Key in the vendor code PLAZA ( Dumaguete Department Store ), LPHYP ( Dumaguete Supermarket ) or LPDPL ( Dipolog Supermarket) to start shopping.
2. Can I shop online through my PC?
No, at the moment, you can only shop through your smartphone’s My Suki App.
3. Can I shop for clothes in the app?
Only basic infant clothing is available on My Suki.
4. How long should I expect my order to be processed?
Orders placed on or before 5:00 PM can be picked up or delivered on the same day.
5. Is the price in the store different from the price in the My Suki App?
The price of the goods are same whether you buy in-store or through the My Suki App.
6. Why do you charge a fee for online purchases?
Due to the added operational cost in acquiring the system and forming a team to handle every step of ordering, from picking to packing, we have to charge a minimal Web Admin Fee and a service fee of PHP 35.00 per transaction.
7. Is there a minimum amount for online orders?
Yes, the total amount of purchased items must be a minimum of PHP 300.
8. Why are most of the items I am looking for not listed?
Try using the Search bar to quickly search for the items. You can also browse the categories. Each category is also divided into subcategories. We have more than 8,000 items uploaded on the online store.

10. What are the payment options for delivery?
COD, Credit or Debit Card, GCash, Paymaya, and ShopeePay payments are accepted for both Pick-up and Delivery. LP Gift Certificate is also accepted.
12. What if I discovered something is missing after getting my order?
Please contact us immediately at 0917-533-4222 so we can trace your order.
13. Can I earn Loyalty+ points with my purchase?
For delivery, please type-in your LoyaltyPlus card number after your name in the Edit Profile. Note that the name on the loyalty card should match your account name. To check if points are credited, kindly read your receipt upon delivery.
For pickup orders, you can present your LoyaltyPlus card upon payment.
14. I'm living abroad and I'd like to purchase for my family. How can I do this?
You can download and shop thru My Suki app if you have an active Philippine roaming number. The delivery address and contact number of the recipient must be accurate. You can pay for the order online with your credit/debit card.
15. Which area is My Suki available in now?
Our service is currently available in Dumaguete City and nearby towns, Siquijor, and Dipolog City only.
