- The right grind helps unlock each blend's full flavor (and prevents sad, watery coffee) - Don't worry - its simpler than it sounds. Heres an easy cheat cheat sheet:
- Coarse - Cold brew & French press (chunky, like sea salt)
- Medium - Drip, pour-over, and most home brewers ( like regular sand)
- Fine - Espresso machines (smooth, almost powdery)
No grinder at home? No worries - we can help you match your grind to your brewing method!
Great coffee doesn't need complicated rules - just a few simple habits.
- Start with fresh water. Coffee is mostly water, so good water = better coffee.
- Measure loosely, taste freely. A good starting point is 1-2tbsp of coffee per cup- then adjust to your vibe.
- Don't stress perfection. These blends are forgiving by design. If it tastes good to you, you're doing it right!
Think of Coffee like its bread, not wine- fresher is better!
